This collection is finished jewelry: a charm or pendant that is ready to wear once it is on a chain. What comes in the box

Every charm featured on this page is sold on its own. The stone-set charm/pendants say “chain not included” on the product page, and the mini evil eye and hamsa charms say they are sold as a charm only, with no chain or bracelet. None of these pages mentions a jump ring, so do not assume one is supplied. The full breakdown is in what comes with charms and pendants; if a page you are looking at is unclear, ask the Concierge before you order.

Bail opening vs chain width

The bail is the loop the chain passes through. Its inside opening is listed in millimeters, often as height × width. The rule is simple: the opening must be larger than the thickest part of the chain that has to pass through it, including the clasp if you plan to slide the charm on over the clasp. Chain width is measured across the links, so compare the two numbers before you order. If you plan to wear several charms on one chain, check every bail against that same chain, and remember that a fine chain usually suits a small, delicate charm better than a heavy one.

Stones, metals and meaning

Stones are described exactly as the product record states them: natural diamond, lab-grown diamond, lab-grown ruby or sapphire, cultured akoya pearl, or natural moss agate. Several designs let you choose a birthstone or diamond option on the product page. Set stones in finished jewelry carry a quality range rather than an individual grading report. Personalized charms

Engraved charms list their character limit in the title, and you choose the font. A proof of the text, font and placement is emailed for your approval before production, and you can change or cancel free of charge until you approve it. Personalized pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind; if one arrives damaged, defective or engraved differently from the approved proof, we remake it or refund it in full. Shipping and returns

We ship within the United States only. Standard Shipping is $5.95, and orders of $75 or more ship free.
Most in-stock pieces ship within 1–3 business days of payment once availability is confirmed; pieces marked “This piece ships to U.S. addresses only” ship from a separate fulfillment partner with no promised dispatch window.
Unworn pieces in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with a return authorization by email first. Personalized and engraved pieces, final sale items and gift cards are excluded. See the Return & Refund Policy.

Questions before you buy

Do the charms come with a chain?

Not the ones featured here. The stone-set charm/pendants state 'chain not included' on the product page, and the mini evil eye and hamsa charms say they are sold as a charm only. Chains are sold separately in the chains collection.

Is a jump ring included?

None of the featured charm and pendant pages mentions a jump ring, so do not assume one is included. Ask the Concierge if you need to confirm before ordering.

How do I know a charm will fit my chain?

Compare the bail opening on the product page with the thickest part of your chain, including the clasp if the charm must slide over it. The opening has to be larger. For example, a 1.4 mm bail suits only fine chains, while a 5.4 x 2.4 mm bail fits most everyday chains.

Do you sell empty settings and bails for making my own pendant?

Yes, as a separate supplies range sold through the IMPERVORA Etsy shop, not on this site. The Jewelry-Making Supplies page explains what is available.

Can I return an engraved charm?

Personalized and engraved pieces are not returnable for a change of mind. You approve an emailed proof before production and can change or cancel free until then; if the piece arrives damaged, defective or engraved differently from the approved proof, we remake it or refund it in full.
