Personalized Jewelry
A name, an initial or a date turns a simple piece into one that belongs to someone. Our personalized bracelets, charms and pendants are laser engraved to order in sterling silver (and one stainless steel ID bracelet), so they suit everyday wear as well as birthdays, graduations, anniversaries and new arrivals.
Each product page shows exactly how much you can engrave, from a single initial to 20 characters, and the fonts available for that piece. After you order, we email you your text, font and placement to approve. Engraving starts only after you approve, and you can change or cancel free of charge until then. Most pieces ship within 2 to 4 business days after approval, with tracking.
Because each piece is made for you, it cannot be returned for a change of mind or for text you approved. If it arrives damaged, defective, not as described, or engraved differently from what you approved, we remake it or refund you in full. See personalized item terms.
How many characters can I engrave?
It depends on the piece. Each product page states the limit, including spaces, and the engraving box will not accept more.
Will I see my engraving before it is made?
Yes. We email you the exact text, font and placement to approve before engraving begins.
How long does a personalized piece take?
Most ship within 2 to 4 business days after you approve your engraving, with tracking emailed when it ships.
