Every IMPERVORA transaction is encrypted and processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

How Your Payment Is Protected
- Every page is served over an encrypted HTTPS/TLS connection
- Card details are entered directly into our PCI-DSS compliant processor and never touch our servers
- We store only the card brand and last four digits, so you can identify your payment on an order
- Transactions are screened for fraud before they are accepted
When You Are Charged
Payment is authorized and captured in full at the time you place your order. If we cannot fulfil your order, you are refunded in full to the original payment method.
Currency
All prices are shown and charged in United States Dollars (USD). If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may apply a foreign transaction fee — this is charged by your bank, not by IMPERVORA.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and shown before you confirm payment. International customers may owe customs duties and import taxes on delivery; see our Shipping Policy.
Payment Problems
If your payment is declined, check that your billing address exactly matches the address on file with your bank — this is the most common cause. If the problem persists, contact your bank, then email Concierge@impervora.com and we will help.
