Fit, Width and Stacking

Most women's rings here are 14K white gold, with a yellow gold range and a smaller group in 10K. The collection is led by engagement rings and diamond wedding bands, including lab-grown diamond solitaires with an IGI grade in the title and lab-grown diamond eternity bands, alongside a smaller number of everyday gold rings.

Ring size is not a single number; it changes with the width of the band and the time of day. A wide band covers more of the finger and feels tighter than a narrow one at the same nominal size, so for bands above roughly 6 mm many people go up a half size. Fingers also swell in heat and late in the day, so a ring sized in a cold room in the morning can feel tight by evening. Our ring size guide explains how to measure accurately.

Comfort-fit bands are rounded on the inside, which helps them slide over the knuckle and suits any ring that stays on permanently. Flat-profile bands sit closer against a neighboring ring, which matters if the ring is part of a stack.

Stacked rings work best when they agree about something, the same metal at different widths or the same width in different metals, and look unplanned when they agree about nothing. Because most rings here are white gold, stacking within the collection is straightforward. Mixing white and yellow gold works when the widths agree, and a white-and-rose band from the collection can bridge the two.

Eternity and channel-set designs generally cannot be resized once made, and a ring that has been resized cannot be returned, so size those carefully before ordering. Unworn rings in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping for a change of mind or fit is paid by the customer, and a return authorization from our concierge is needed first.

How do I find my ring size?

Measure a ring that already fits the same finger, or follow our ring size guide. Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are largest.

Is 10K or 14K better for an everyday ring?

10K is harder and more scratch-resistant; 14K contains more gold and has a richer color. Both hold up to daily wear.

What is the return policy?

You can return an unworn, unaltered piece in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email Concierge@impervora.com for a return authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back. Custom, engraved and personalized pieces, pierced earrings, final-sale items and gift cards cannot be returned, and return shipping for change of mind or fit is paid by the customer.
