Birthstone charms and pendants

These finished 14K gold and sterling silver charms hang from a bail on a chain or charm holder of your choice. Every one states “Chain not included,” so add a chain from our chains if needed.

Gemstone bracelets, necklaces and rings

Ready-to-wear pieces set with blue topaz, amethyst and white sapphire. Most of these pages name the stone without stating whether it is natural or lab-grown; the 14K Yellow Gold Blue Topaz Curb Chain Bracelet (3.60 mm) lists its stone as natural and not treated. If origin matters to you, ask the Concierge before ordering. The 18k Yellow Gold & Sterling Silver Sky Blue Topaz and Diamond Popcorn Ring is currently in stock in size 7 only.

Natural, lab-grown, cultured or treated?

We use these terms only as each product page states them. Natural stones formed in the earth; lab-grown stones are created in a laboratory with the same chemistry as the natural stone; cultured pearls are grown with human help. Many natural gemstones are treated, for example heated to improve color, and each stone disclosure says so. U.S. guidance on these disclosures is in the FTC Jewelry Guides (16 CFR Part 23). Caring for gemstone jewelry

Care depends on the stone. Our disclosures note, for example, that oil- or resin-treated emeralds and stabilized turquoise should avoid ultrasonic cleaning, and that amethyst, citrine and zircon should avoid direct sunlight. See jewelry care by metal and stone before cleaning.

Before you order

  • Set stones in finished jewelry carry a supplier-assigned quality range, not an individual grading report, unless the product page says otherwise.
  • We ship to United States addresses only. Standard Shipping is $5.95, free on orders of $75 or more; most pieces ship within 1 to 3 business days of payment once availability is confirmed.
  • Unworn pieces in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery after requesting an RMA by email. Pierced earrings, personalized pieces, final-sale items and gift cards are excluded.

Which birthstones can I buy from IMPERVORA today?

Today we offer at least one stone for every month: garnet, amethyst, aquamarine, diamond, emerald, pearl, alexandrite, ruby, peridot, sapphire, opal, tourmaline, topaz, citrine, turquoise and zircon. We do not currently carry bloodstone, moonstone, spinel or tanzanite.

Are your birthstones natural or lab-grown?

Both, depending on the option. Each charm’s stone disclosure states whether the stone is natural, lab-grown or cultured, for example “Natural Ruby” or “Lab-Grown Ruby,” along with any treatment.

Are the gemstones treated?

Some are, and the product page says which. Examples from our disclosures: natural amethyst, aquamarine, ruby and sapphire are heated; natural emerald is clarity enhanced with oil or resin; natural turquoise is stabilized; the cultured akoya pearl is bleached. Garnet, peridot and white opal show no treatment indicated.

Do the birthstone charms come with a chain?

No. Each stone-set charm on this page states “Chain not included.” Check the bail opening on the product page and add a chain separately.

Is there a grading report with the stones?

No individual grading report is included with finished jewelry unless the product page says so. Stones carry a supplier-assigned quality range, such as AA or Eye-Clean for gemstones.
