How much can you engrave on each piece?
Every piece takes one line of text on the front. The limit counts spaces, so choose the piece by how much you want to say.

Fonts offered on most pieces: Lucida, Old English, Script MT Bold, Colonna, Edwardian Script, Bookman, Helvetica, Typewriter and P22 Corinthia. The Circle Charm offers six: Lucida, Old English, Script MT Bold, Bookman, Typewriter and P22 Corinthia.
Engraving ideas, with examples
The samples below are illustrations only, not real customer orders. Count every letter and space against the limit for the piece you choose.
- Initials, example only: “ARM” is 3 characters, so it fits the Oval Bracelet and the Dog Tag Charm. Written with spaces as “A R M” it becomes 5 characters and needs a piece that allows at least 5.
- A single initial, example only: “M” on the Heart Lock Pendant or the Lock Pendant.
- A date, example only: “JUNE 14 2025” is 12 characters including spaces, which fits the Scalloped Heart Charm, the Circle Charm or either 20-character bar bracelet.
- A short word, example only: “Always” is 6 characters, the limit of the Keyhole Link Bracelet.

How the proof and approval process works
- Type your text in the engraving box on the product page and choose a font from the Font menu.
- After you order, we email you your exact text, font and placement to approve.
- Engraving starts only after you approve. You can change or cancel free of charge until then.
- Each piece is laser engraved, with no color fill. Engraving is required; these pieces are not sold blank.
- Each product page states it usually ships within 2 to 4 business days after your approval, with tracking emailed when it ships.
Pieces are engraved and shipped directly by our U.S. production partner. We ship to United States addresses only; Standard Shipping is $5.95, free on orders of $75 or more, with 3 to 5 business days in transit. If you need a piece by a date, order early and approve your proof promptly.

Returns on personalized jewelry
Engraved pieces are made to order for you, so they cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, a different size or style, or an error in text you entered and approved. Please check your proof carefully.
That does not limit your rights when something is wrong on our side. If a personalized piece arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, is not the item you ordered, does not match its description or photos, or is engraved differently from the proof you approved, contact us within 30 days of delivery at Concierge@impervora.com with your order number and a photo. We will remake it at no charge or, if you prefer, refund you in full, including original shipping. Full terms are in our return and refund policy.
