Our Target Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We treat this as an ongoing commitment rather than a one-time exercise, and accessibility is considered when we make changes to the site.
Measures We Have Taken
- Text and background colour combinations are checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios
- Interactive elements have a clearly visible keyboard focus indicator
- The site can be navigated by keyboard alone, with a skip-to-content link
- Images carry descriptive alternative text
- Headings follow a logical hierarchy so screen reader users can navigate by structure
- Text scales fluidly with viewport and browser zoom without loss of content
- Animation and motion effects are disabled automatically for visitors whose system requests reduced motion
Known Limitations
We are honest about where we fall short. Some third-party components — including embedded payment fields and any external content we display — are not fully under our control, and their accessibility depends on the provider. We are working to address these as those providers update their tools.
